Yousef
Founder
Yousef has always been a people person, with a love for bringing people together and making things happen. Having played competitive rugby from the age of four right through to his mid-twenties, he’s no stranger to the power of teamwork and community.
His adventures have taken him from the rugby pitch to the snowy mountains of Whistler, Canada, where he spent two seasons as a ski instructor. Closer to home, he’s worked in property development and investment, following in the footsteps of his family business background.
These days, when he’s not busy building Carlisle Connected and discovering new gems in the city, you’ll likely find him spending time with his partner Zoe and daughter Mila, or out walking Mabli, his much-loved golden retriever.
With a passion for people, local businesses and seeing Carlisle thrive, Yousef is excited to bring that same team spirit to the city he calls home.

Videographer & Editor
Callum is the creative eye behind the camera at Carlisle Connected, helping bring the people, places and stories of our city to life through video.
From capturing the character of Carlisle’s independent businesses to showcasing hidden gems and the faces that make our community special, Callum plays a big part in telling the stories that deserve to be seen and shared.
Through his filming and editing, he helps turn everyday moments into engaging stories that inspire people to discover more, support local and feel a little more connected to Carlisle.
